We’ve worked with LiveWest for many years, helping shape their social and content strategy, as well as giving them creative support.
A social housing provider with 30,000 homes across the south west, LiveWest inspired us with their collective mission to provide a ‘home for everyone’. So, when we were invited to tender for their new website we were already bursting with ideas. After winning a competitive pitch process we were appointed lead web partner.
LiveWest was formed after a merger and needed an agency to help them pull together their four disparate websites and deliver an engaging customer experience that could be tailored to their many audiences.
We knew that the key to a successful project was to really understand the different and sometimes competing needs across the organisation. To do this, we held interviews and workshops with staff teams to extract their specialist know-how and to test our solutions.
Their customers were a key touchpoint and central to the website design. To obtain their input and feedback we organised focus groups, design feedback and user experience testing.
This project was always going to be about more than just a great looking website: it was about delivering real impacts across the organisation, to transform how they engage with customers.
