We’re looking for an experienced Account Manager who has excellent attention to detail. You will be responsible for communicating with clients and able to liaise with the internal team to deliver projects in a timely manner.

This role requires the candidate to have excellent organisation skills and be able to manage workflows effectively to support the client services team.

In addition to managing client accounts, be willing to help and get tasks done when needed. You will report to the Account Director and work across multiple brands with several team members.

The Role:

  • Support the Account Director in managing clients and projects.
  • Produce presentations, proposals, budgeted scopes of work, timing plans, reports, and written client comms to a client-ready standard with input from senior team members
  • Working closely with project managers, developers, designers, and strategists to deliver and execute work to a high standard
  • Be the voice of your clients in the agency and ensure work is always produced on-brand and to client expectations
  • Collaborate with your colleagues to manage client workflow
  • Confidently take client briefs from both clients and Account Director and document these for internal use to execute deliverables
  • Understand client goals and KPIs to be able to make suggestions and develop strategies with the support of the internal team
  • Report accurately on project health to senior CS team members when required
  • Take responsibility for ensuring internal systems/tools are updated with up-to-date information relating to your clients to support business flow
  • Work with third-party providers to deliver campaigns and take full responsibility for these being delivered on time and to spec
  • Coordinate and provide recommendations for the end-of-campaign reporting process
  • Proven ability to prioritise tasks and maintain focus on work responsibilities, even in the face of demanding or challenging situations.
  • Help to identify new opportunities with the client base for additional revenue opportunities

 

Skills:

  • 2-3 years experience as an Account Executive/Manager working in a fast-paced agency environment
  • You will create and maintain relationships with clients so should be confident in a client-facing role and working with stakeholders at all levels
  • Has excellent organisation skills and is comfortable managing large workflows
  • Display a consistent positive mindset towards the delivery of your work and always be solution-focused
  • You will understand the agency process, and experience working closely with internal teams whether that’s creatives or tech.
  • An enthusiastic and can-do attitude will take you far in this role, if you haven’t done something before; you’ll give your all into it and give it a go.
  • Confident in using agency tools to manage projects, track performance and monitor finances (ClickUp and HubSpot are preferred but not essential)
