About the Role

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Account Manager to join a vibrant, growing agency. This AM role will see you responsible for the development of your own client base whilst working closely with the Account Management team.

Fiora are looking for an experienced Account Manager with a good level of experience in campaign roll out and a good understanding of digital marketing. With 3+ year’s agency experience you will work with various key clients.

Traditional media experience is a must, having gained a broad level of understanding across radio, tv, print, outdoor and direct mail.You will be responsible for driving work through the agency, creating briefs and managing projects across design, digital marketing, advertising, media & development.

Responsibilities

  • Understanding client objectives
  • Managing and shaping clients based on their needs
  • Planning & booking media activity
  • Managing change effectively to ensure project profitability
  • Accurate deadline management
  • Co-ordinating activity and communication both internally and with your clients
  • Estimating, budgeting and invoicing
  • Briefing and management of suppliers
  • Managing print production
  • Trafficking work within studio
  • Detailed client administration

You will need to be great at:

  • Developing client accounts to their maximum potential

As part of the client services team, you will contribute to Fiora’s revenue generation by developing existing accounts allocated to you and by supporting new business activity where appropriate.

  • Initiating and maintaining quality client relationships

The quality of new and existing client relationships is crucial to Fiora’s success. You will need to build good interpersonal and business relationships with your clients, allowing you to challenge clients existing understanding about what marketing can achieve for their business. Your aim here is to place us in a position of partnership, where you and the rest of the team form a strong and valued part of the client’s organisation.

  • Becoming an experienced marketer

The client needs to know that they can rely on Fiora to know what works best for them in all areas of marketing, digital marketing, creative, technology, sales and communications. They’ll know that through your knowledge and enthusiasm for the subject. You will need to stay abreast of trends and movements in digital technology, media & demographic strategy and broader business practices.

  • Coordinating digital marketing projects

You’ll work closely with Fiora’s digital marketing department to ensure the effective and smooth delivery of digital marketing campaigns.
