Owing to exciting rapid growth we are now looking for an Enterprise Account Director to join our expanding agency. You will be dedicated to one of our largest enterprise accounts, with a national and international scope. They operate within a highly regulated marketplace, so previous experience of regulated industries is essential.
Along with a passion and dedication to digital, you will need to have a strong track record of managing and building strong relationships with senior level stakeholders.
Your role is to be at the pinnacle of client management and to be recognised by your clients as their most trusted source of expertise, always.
You will need to lead and steer a dedicated client services team, to deliver our products and services to the highest standards possible.
You will be reporting into the Regional Managing Director and the Executive Team and will be expected to report on and analyse performance against SMART objectives, and to maintain and grow the account against targets.
In short, we’re after a digital expert, a thinker, a communicator, a self-motivator … someone who knows how to flawlessly nurture and grow a client account.
