Digital Media Executive

The Role:

This new role will support our Digital Media Team and be responsible for the planning and delivery of digital media campaigns for all clients.

We are looking for an energetic results-driven individual with 1-3 years experience in paid digital marketing across all sectors including PPC Search, Digital Display and Social paid.

Key to this role will also be the ability to set up, edit, schedule track and report performance for digital marketing email broadcasts as part of integrated campaigns.

You will initially be responsible for the day-to-day planning and management of paid search campaigns and email broadcasts.

You will report into the Digital Media Manager and your objective will be to build and monitor Digital paid marketing campaigns and monitor performance to develop existing client account performance.

This role will suit a junior/mid-weight PPC exec with a broader appreciation of digital marketing looking for the next step in their career progression, with the ambition to be part of a fast growing team.


  • Manage client paid search campaigns on Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising
  • Set up and manage paid social campaigns
  • Plan and manage display campaigns across publisher sites, Google Ads and other programmatic platforms
  • Understand and analyse website data from Google Analytics
  • Understand customer journeys particularly in e-commerce and work with our Digital Strategists to recommend website changes that will improve performance
  • Provide reports, analyse performance, provide insight and make informed campaign recommendations in conjunction with the head of department and client services team
  • Writing, approving and management of relevant specific ad copy
  • Monitor and report on the performance with proven test and learn strategies
  • Work with account management to ensure deadlines are met and budgets adhered to, advise on budgets and fees for effectively managing and delivering campaigns, and where applicable identify and implement processes that will optimise our levels of service and move us ahead of our competitors
  • Has a passion for keeping up to date with new features of paid media platforms, research and development and communicating this to peers keeping always up to date and beyond


  • Good numeracy and literacy skills
  • Highly skilled in ad copy writing with focus on conversion
  • Ability to analyse data to inform decisions
  • Good interpersonal skills with clients and colleagues

Exec level role with minimum of 1-3 years-experience in running digital marketing campaigns and activities in an agency environment, with a successful track record of working with large and small clients
