Digital Media Manager

The Role

You will head up our Digital Media Team and be responsible for the planning and delivery of digital media campaigns for all clients. We are looking for a results-driven individual with broad digital marketing experience across all sectors including PPC Search, Digital Display, Social media, and SEO.

You will initially be responsible for the day-to-day planning and management of paid search campaigns. You will also oversee and manage SEO projects which in the short term will be fulfilled through an outsourced SEO partner.

You will oversee paid and organic social media campaigns, with a social media executive and strategist directly reporting to you.

Your objective will be to help build Digital marketing revenues via developing existing client accounts, whilst helping to win and onboard new business. You will grow your team with a view to initially recruiting a PPC Search executive and potentially in-house SEO capability.

This role will suit an experienced PPC exec/manager with a broader appreciation of digital marketing looking for the next step in their career progression, or an existing digital media manager with the ambition to help grow a small team and develop Fiora’s digital media capabilities in the long term.


  • Overall management responsibility for digital marketing department outputs and performance
  • Manage paid search campaigns on Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising
  • Recruit a PPC executive to run accounts on a day to day basis when revenues justify
  • Oversee the management of paid social campaigns on Facebook and LinkedIn
  • Plan and manage display campaigns across publisher sites, Google Ads, and other programmatic platforms
  • Manage SEO activities and delivery through agency partners
  • Understand and analyse website data from Google Analytics
  • Understand customer journeys particularly in e-commerce and work with our Digital Strategists to recommend website changes that will improve performance
  • Provide reports, analyse performance, provide insight and make informed recommendations to clients
  • Monitor and report on the performance and profitability of digital media clients and activities internally
  • Work with account management to ensure deadlines are met and budgets adhered to, advise on budgets and fees for effectively managing and delivering campaigns, and identify and implement processes that will optimise our levels of service and move us ahead of our competitors
  • Help develop new business pitches to win standalone or integrated digital media clients

Knowledge of customer journey planning, UX, and CRO would also be beneficial.


Minimum of 5 years experience in running digital marketing campaigns and activities in an agency environment, with a successful track record of working with large and small clients.
