Digital Account Executive


About the Role

Exciting things are happening at Fiora in London. We recently joined forces with Creation Media to make a bigger and better creative digital agency, delivering more integrated campaigns to more people. And now we’re on the lookout for an Account Executive who’d like to grow with us. It’s one of the most important roles in an expanding agency so we’re searching for someone extra special.

You will offer support in all aspects of running some of our key client accounts; developing great relationships and an in-depth understanding of each client’s digital marketing objectives, working with them to deliver ROI.

You will be working directly with the Account Director to plan and deliver digital solutions – including websites and dynamic integrated marketing campaigns, so experience in, and a passion for all things digital is essential.

The position involves working very closely and collaboratively with the production and development team, from developers to designers and copywriters. Attention to detail is important, as well as strong communication skills to work well with the team and with clients.

Day to day tasks might include:

  • Social Media – Understanding of the channel. helping manage scheduling, content planning, delivery decks, and workflows.
  • Maintaining internal excel trackers for client cost management
  • Sharing regular documents with the client on email
  • Assisting with the creation of campaign delivery deck templates
  • Working with Project Managers to deliver client workflow through the studio, on all types of projects from creative asset production through to complex web projects
  • Managing deadline dates, internal and client
  • Assisting with the creation of internal briefs – Marketing campaigns, digital build, social, design, SEO
  • Assisting with the creation of client estimates
  • Raising POs for external resource and suppliers
  • Chasing client for POs for new projects

  • Organisational skills; ability to manage several accounts at the once
  • Strong understanding of all areas of digital, including Website Design & Development, CRM, Social & UX,
  • Good understanding of SEO, Analytics & content strategy

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 1+ year’s experience in a similar role with a strong interest in media and advertising
  • Excel and Word
  • PowerPoint
  • Google docs
  • Trello (not essential but an advantage)
