About the Role

The Creative Director responsibilities include bringing to life the internal and external group strategy and creative in both Bristol and London locations.

With a passion for ideas, thinking methodologies, media, technology and what’s new. Fiora are looking to add a conceptually brilliant creative to our team to elevate the business’ creative output. From beautifully told emotive stories through to hard-hitting lead generating concepts. To ensure we are best in class for creative output. A strong sense of what will exceed the client’s expectation and achieve results.

We’re looking for someone who is…

  • A conceptual thinker who develops great creative ideas that inspires the agency and delights clients
  • With a track record of producing strategically sound creative work that gets noticed and gets results
  • You thrive on problem-solving and think outside the box in an agile environment
  • Preferably from a copywriting background, with an appreciation of great design
  • Ideally, award-winning with the ambition to win more awards and help make Fiora famous
  • Possesses a wide range of experience developing successful campaigns and content across digital, video, and print
  • Digitally savvy but with an appreciation of all media and how it hangs together
  • With a wide range of sector experience preferably including FMCG, E-Commerce, Motors, Regulated Industries, but not essential
  • Has a track record in winning new business pitches and wants to win more
  • A leader who can champion creativity internally and build our reputation externally
  • Who’s comfortable taking responsibility for improving the quality of the agency’s creative output
  • Who can take responsibility for managing and inspiring a team of designers, helping your team develop and perform.
  • Knows how to structure creative departments and processes to ensure efficient delivery
  • Enjoys being client facing with the ability to sell creative ideas and executions
  • Builds strong client relationships and trust
  • Shows a real desire to get under the skin of our client’s business, brands, products, competitors, and audiences.
  • Has the ambition and the commercial nous as part of the senior management team to help drive the business and spot opportunities to grow the business
  • A tastemaker and educator helping our staff and clients to see the best possible creative solutions
  • A flexible team player that’s not afraid to get their hands dirty when needed, and enjoys working on both big brand and small business projects
  • You will be a talented, intelligent, passionate, and calm operator who is a pleasure to work with.

Our Salary & Benefits Package is very competitive & dependent on experience.
