About the Role

We’re looking for a creative copywriter to join our growing agencyto work across a diverse client portfolio on multi-channel campaigns, as well as on our own brand and marketing. 

You will be a wordsmith who can turn their hand to anything  both short copy and longengaging emails that deliver amazing conversionsclear websites and appealing product copycampaign concepts, and anything else that comes along. 

You will need to understand and adapt to different brands and tones of voicecreating compelling copy that delivers against commercial objectives, often navigating the constraints of regulated markets. 

You will thrive on creative collaboration, working with designers, developers, and account owners to brainstorm campaign concepts and deliver content that works across multiple mediums.


  • Juggle briefs and brands.
  • Think digital-first. 
  • Write compelling and grammatically clean copy for a range of comms including social media and e-marketing, understanding the needs, motivations and triggers of your audiences. 
  • Master client’s brand tone of voice consistently and with outstanding attention to detail, throughout all content and assets. 
  • Research and understand our client’s industries, get to know their competitors and their audiences.  
  • Get under the skin of a brief, understand the objectives, and question where needed. 
  • Attend project briefing meetings and kick-off sessions. 
  • Contribute to creative ideation and conceptualisation of marketing and content ideas. 
  • Research topics and write creatively and intelligently about the subject. 
  • Bring our own brand values to life through creative writing  

Knowledge and Experience

  • Ideally, you will have already cut your teeth in a creative agency and will have a portfolio that will excite and demonstrate potential 
  • You will need to be comfortable working both within a creative team and independently, and will be a master at managing your time against deadlines. 
  • You must be a fluent English speaker and writer as the copy will all be in English.  
  • Experience of working with Microsoft 365 is a bonus but not essential.
