The organisation needed to undergo substantial transformations, which revealed various skill gaps and operational challenges across its global operations.
Collaborating closely with the headquarters team in Geneva, we employed our unique, proprietary DMA model and Digital Playbook. This model has been rigorously tested and refined across eight different sectors and twelve global businesses, ensuring its robustness and adaptability. By assessing and benchmarking digital maturity in over 40 markets, we set the foundation for scaling up to 120 markets.
